Not just marketing…

Clay Springmeyer has worked as an outdoor professional for most of his adult life. He has guided whitewater rafting and backpacking trips in Glacier National Park, served homeless children as a Counselor in Missoula, Montana at a non-profit summer camp, worked as a Wilderness First Aid Instructor for the first Wilderness Medicine School established in the United States, volunteered his time with Peace Corps workers in Central America, and spent a semester as the Outdoor Recreation and Ecotourism Program Director for the Kalu Yala Study Abroad Institute in Panama. Clay is an Eagle Scout, two-time recipient of the American Legion Award, and recipient of the BSA Medal of Merit for saving a life. 

Clay served as a Senator for the Associated Students of the University of Montana, the Social Coordinator for the UM Forum for Living With Appropriate Technology, and was a University of Montana Outstanding  Student Leadership Award Nominee. He has a minor degree in Wilderness Studies and is in the process of finishing a B.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Montana. 

He has also worked at a Premier Google Partner Company as a Senior Internet Marketing Specialist and Account Manager, where he designed and managed Google AdWord PPC campaigns. Clay lives in a cabin near Glacier National Park where he cares for his grandmother and his cat, Boots.
